Event bookings

Bookings for our events are handled by Luma, a third-party event management service. When you book a place, you do so on Luma’s platform, and any details you provide (such as your name, email address, and payment information) are collected and processed by Luma under their own privacy policy. Cookies

Our website uses a small number of essential cookies that are needed for it to work properly and securely — for example, to handle contact form submissions and protect against spam. These do not track you across other websites.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we host our fonts ourselves, so no font provider receives your data. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required. Contact form messages and enquiry details are kept for as long as necessary to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch, after which they are deleted. Technical server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. We will not keep your data for longer than necessary.
